If you got on I-277 from Brookshire Freeway (Hwy
16):
- From I-85 North or I-85 South take exit #36 (Brookshire Freeway - Hwy 16 - Downtown). Bear right to get on I-277.
- Take Exit 2A (3rd and 4th Streets) on I-277.
- At first traffic light, turn left onto 4th Street.
- At first traffic light, turn right onto McDowell.
- At fourth traffic light, turn right onto E. 7th St.
- At third traffic light, turn right onto Hawthorne.
- At first traffic light, turn left onto 5th Street.
- At first street on left, turn left onto Lamar Avenue.
- The Admissions Office is in the King’s College Administration building on the 2nd floor, first office on the left.
If
you drove past
Bank of America Stadium on I-277:
- From I-77 North follow 74 East (which becomes I-277 - John Belk Freeway) you will pass Bank of America Stadium.
- Take Exit 2A (Kenilworth, 3rd and 4th Streets, Charlottetowne Ave.).
- At first traffic light, go straight on Charlottetowne Ave.
- At fourth traffic light, turn right onto Elizabeth.
- At first traffic light, turn left onto Hawthorne (in front of
Presbyterian Hospital).
- At first traffic light, turn right onto 5th Street.
- At first street on left, turn left onto Lamar Avenue.
- The Admissions Office is in the King’s College Administration building on the 2nd floor, first office on the left.

From Hwy 74 (Independence) heading West to Charlotte:
- Take Hwy 74 West to Charlotte.
- Continue on Independence until the road splits with John Belk
Freeway (I-277).
- Stay in right lane and continue on Independence.
- Go to first stop light and take left on 7th Street.
- Go to first stop light and turn right on Hawthorne.
- Go to first stop light and turn left on 5th street.
- Turn left at first street, which is Lamar Avenue.
- College is located on your right-hand side.
