Request a Transcript

To request your King's College transcript, please fill out the form with your current address, what program you attended, and where the transcript should be mailed. 

There is a $5.00 fee for each transcript request. You have the option to pay online via credit card after you fill out the form. Alternatively, you may print out a copy of this form and mail it to us along with a $5.00 check or money order. We will not accept cash.
